I want you to know that Tiffany is awesome!! My dad is in the process of moving, and we don't currently have a back yard. Being that I'm herding dog, you'd think I'd be going crazy while my Dad's gone to work each day. Lucky for me, there's this lady named Tiffany that comes to walk me while Dad's gone. Hell...she event took me to a dog park today! She goes above and beyond expectations constantly! Not only do I get a walk, but she takes time to visit with me. She's truly passionate about taking care of animals like me. It's so nice because I get bored while Dad's gone. My Dad never has to worry about me because Tiffany is dependable and loves pups like me! She communicates well, and she always sends Dad an update each day. He loves seeing the pics of me... RUFF RUFF! Thank you Tiffany!

I took my dog into Bridgerland because she had a UTI. I told them what the problem was but they…read morestill had to do the test. I also told them that she had some rashes and a cough. They completely ignored that. So basically, I received 4 antibiotic pills for $200.00 dollars. I called to see if I could get a refill on the pills but they wanted to do the test again. No test, no pills. I'm sure for another $200.00 dollars I could get another 4 pills. I'd hate to see the bill if they actually did anything about the rashes or the cough. I will never take another pet of mine to this place again!

We were pretty bummed at the end when we went to pick her up that there were no instructions given on how to care for her. She didn't come home in a cone, and we were not told any instructions on healing and after care! We ended up ordering a surgery suit and just having to research ourselves. We did not get any info about the surgery or what to expect. They just took her back and said they would call when it's over. Wish I got more info for such an expensive surgery!
