I was so excited that a Richdale gas station has a Dunkin' Donuts when I pulled in. I went and paid…read morefor the gas, then walked to the other side of the store to order My coffee.. Two birds one stone you would think that would be great right? But oh no it was not great because when I go to put my guess it's saying I haven't paid so when I going to tell the guy this pump is not letting me put my guess he says oh well if you wait longer than three minutes then it cancels the transaction and put money back on your card. Well when you're using a prepaid Visa gift card or any type of credit debit card that takes time to go back on that card so now because of the type of card I used to pay I'm supposed to wait three weeks for my money back I'm sorry that is unacceptable in any situation but especially somebody that lives paycheck to paycheck it depends on that money. It is negligent on the part of the owners to not have a sign that says gas transaction will be canceled after three minutes-knowing that people are going to go and get their gas then get their coffee. How many times has this probably happened? I guarantee I'm not the first and I won't be the last; so how difficult would it be for them to put a sign by the register? Needless to say I wish I just went to Cumby's across the street got my gas and then went to a freestanding dunks like I usually do I will never get anything from this place again and give them business. Beware- The cashier also put the blame on the customer instead of taking responsibility that the store should take that into account if they're going to have a Dunkin' Donuts in their store. I've never been so appalled while getting gas but I am not happy!

Gas here can be expensive or competitive. They are sort of all over the place. I no longer come…read morehere for every fill up. When I would come inside to get a breakfast sandwich the breakfast case would often be closed up in the morning. I was told I could just order whatever I wanted from the people working the counter. The sandwiches themselves are mediocre. The english muffin has an odd consistency. Considering they reheat these it shouldn't taste like it comes from a gas station but it does. I get one of these when I'm starving and run out of time in the morning(like 1/year). The gas pumps have some kind of plastic glove dispenser which make using the pumps harder. To make matters worse, they are usually empty. I don't know if people are just throwing them out or stealing them to use later but the dispensers are always empty. The whole notion of these is ridiculous. Exactly what problem they are trying to solve? No one uses them for their intended purpose as no one gets gasoline all over their hands pumping your own gas. Makes me wonder if the person making the decision to put these on the pumps is a germaphobe.
