The instructor provided room for questions and training as well as a safe and relaxing environment for course study. In addition, safety precautions in light of Covid-19 were practiced. He was encouraging during shooting practice, professional, and considerate of our time and others in the field. In addition, a variety of weapons were provided for participants to utilize should they not have a weapon of their own, although personal weapon usage was encouraged for even more personal training. What is also appreciated is the prompt response during my initial reach out for services. ALL of my questions were answered, I received an email thanking me for my interest, an emailed receipt, as well as a follow up email for next steps. I will definitely attend more classes!! For the school itself, I'd give maybe 1 star. Totally chaotic and managed poorly. The 90 minute online course for parent/teen took 3 hours and the questions are flat out wrong on some of the quizzes. I received an instructor assignment and after one phone call, I never heard from him again until one day, three weeks later, he just showed up to my house and honked his horn in my driveway. When I asked why he hadn't responded to my phone calls, texts, emails he said, "Uh, sorry my phone was dead." I sent this person away as I did not feel comfortable at all sending my child with him. It took the school another 10 days, after my repeated calls and emails, to find another instructor. This was a very long and stressful process with the school. I am glad we got a 2nd instructor because she was awesome. Again, this review rating reflects her, not the school.

So many complaints I don't know where to begin but I will say that I am considering filing a complaint with DMV. They shouldn't be allowed to instruct new drivers. The first class was wrong because we picked behind the wheel which is practice vs new beginner. So the car is dirty, the instructor not paying attention. We got that straight and she started beginners class with a different instructor. Did I mention the instructor made stops at the store to get snacks? How about encouraging her to speed on narrow back roads. How about not keeping appointments, how about asking to look at the cows 8in a field. Not making this crap up. We still have 3 hours left and have asked for a refund. We are still waiting. Moving forward with FXBG Driving Academy. So far the communication has been positive so we are hopeful. I will follow up a review once we had a class.

I took the NRA Pistol Marksmanship Simulator Training Course. Tammie's has exceptional…read moreinstructional technique. She combines a firearm safety and fundamental course with aspects of best practices of practical gun ownership. Since one reason this course is taken is get a CCW, she makes it clear this is a basic course and much more training is needed before you carry. The simulator training was excellent, combining target shooting and basic drills to improve gun handling. Tammie's perspective and experience make this course interesting and well worth taking.

Tom Perroni runs an impressive academy that offers more classes, with the highest level of expert instructors, than any other school in the Commonwealth. I took classes with students from all over the U.S. who heard this was one the top academies in the country. I have to agree with them 100%. Thank you for your instruction and I'll be back for more.
