    Only place around with the 91 fuel! Plus they have daylight donuts here so that is also awesome

    Beware!! Truck broke down due to water contamination from their fuel!…read more Very poor lack of follow-up from the management/owner of this location. Our issue (to date has not been resolved as promised: We fueled up at this location on Sat, Aug. 2nd. We found out later it was pure water we put into our gas tank. Our 2019 Ram 1500 (which we keep regular maintenance on) immediately started running hard, puttering, sounding like it was going to die. Two miles down the road my husband pulled over and it shut off completely. I immediately called Sinclair (suspecting the gas) and informed the associate who answered the phone. They said they have not had any other complaints, and the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. We then had the truck towed to Grand Island and had to wait until Tuesday for it to be repaired. Even then, I chose not to leave a bad review but instead give Sinclair a chance to correct this issue. At first, the manager/owner (Shawn Oneill) was very responsive, asking for all expenses to be sent in. I took the time to get everything together and emailed him on Aug. 8th. Since then, we have had to follow-up with him several times. It took two weeks to hear back from him saying a check would be cut and mailed the next day. We have waited another two weeks with many follow-up calls/texts to go unanswered and still we have yet to be compensated. We've been plenty patient and still nothing. No sense of urgency resolving an issue that caused us lost time, stress, and lost sales in our small business because we couldn't get back to work on Monday as planned. We have not asked much, just to be compensated for what was lost. I hate to get a lawyer on something that can be resolved easily, but we can't even have a conversation with Shawn because he will not return our calls.
