Puma seems to be just about staying on the right side of the sport-chavvy divide. It's a bit more subtle than some of the other big-name sports brands, and it's a shame that its reputation is sometimes marred, as in general, it produces good quality products. Most people in the store when I went in seemed to be looking at the narrow Puma trainers that are almost more for streetwear than for doing sport. The discounts in here can make for some really cheap clothes, which are great for going to the gym in or for general sport. The staff are polite, but were rushed when I went in. The piles of clothes on display stands were neat (why do they do that?! I always feel so bad taking my size from halfway down or the bottom of the pile!) and the hoodies and sweaters hanging up are arranged pretty logically.
