Then the employee tells me they are in the military and that non-retired veterans get Department of Defense ID'S as well. I told her this is not the case, she continued to argue. I offered her a copy of my DD-214, my GovX ID and an old military ID. No go, she looked down on me, I told her to finish the transaction. I then asked for the manager. He was pretty useless, friends of the employees. I explained everything to him and how I've used all these id's, mentioned the airlines, his response was we're not the airlines. The availability of ordering online failed with several products from North Face. The current sales of 40% off for most products brought prices down to where the online products were at. The store was clean, staff members were festive and friendly, and the variety of items were very good during this time of year. The lines were still minimal if you go early in the morning and parking is the same. I have no major complaints with this physical store at Gretna.
