And received a 20% off coupon to be used for the next week. That's what is told to every person who returns an Amazon purchase. I e returned several Amazon purchases before but never took advantage of this 20% discount. This particular day I was looking to buy either a sweatshirt or light jacket. Instead I walked by a Shark brand, 3-in-1 floor cleaner and decided I could use it on my new vinyl flooring. It was pricey, obviously much more than what a sweatshirt or light jacket would have cost. But I thought with my 20% discount offer, it'd be a good buy. It wasn't until I went to check out and pay that the cashier said the discount doesn't apply to brand name items. lol What??!!! I was told it's a 20% discount that can be used for the next week (or whatever length of time they tell you). And there's nothing in big print saying anything about restrictions. Instead, the lawyers put it in a paragraph (I'm assuming because the print is so damn small I couldn't read it) behind some legalese crap. I'm very turned off with Kohls. Be transparent!! Be better!!
