What a disappointment. The very shoe that I wanted of course they just didn't have it in my size…read more I left with a frown. I have to say that the staff was pleasant though.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because of its great deals. The management is…read moreterrible, the employees I came across are just as bad. When they aren't asking you if you need assistance every twenty seconds, they're insulting you. I went in to buy a sweater, then a couple days later wanted to exchange it. Apparently I couldn't exchange it because the tags weren't attached. So I told the manager, the nagging employee (who just my luck, subsequently rang my order up) didn't tell me of this policy that tags should be attached. (I noticed a nick on the back of the sweater after taking the tags off). I spoke with some girl name Dulci, and some guy name Avi. Dulci told me it was common sense that items could not be returned. Which that of course is perhaps common sense for a low budget store, but most places would have no problem with exchanges, which has been my experience at most other places I shop. It's a part of customer service and establishing a working relationship with customers-- something Dulci clearly knows nothing about. She also asked me if I knew what the word "attached" means. And that was my cue-- after telling her I'm in law school and saying some other choice words, I politely asked her if she kew what the phrase "customer service" means. She, unsurprisingly looked puzzled. Even if that is the rule, there is certainly a better way to address it. Dulci is rude and she was disrespectful. Avi was of no help either. These are certainly not the people I would want representing my business, but when the so called corporation is run by non legitimate people as well, you can't expect much. When I called "corporation" to complain, I was greeted by two people, who I so doubt know a thing about how to run a business. These people sounded like they were husband and wife answering calls from their living room, so unprofessional. This whole business is a mess- it's co-owner was just sentenced to 30 months of federal prison for paying employees off the books to save 600,000 in federal taxes. However ignoring the terrible management and snotty employees, the deals are great!
