Dr. Meisami's name kept popping up and after meeting her, I can see why. She is very thorough, knows her field intimately, and is an informative source who answers all and any questions that a worried parent might have. And she is kind and gentle and immediately puts kids at ease and answers any questions or concerns - no matter how silly- they might have. Dr. Meisami did not rush us into surgery. Instead, she opted for a non-invasive approach first and only when that didn't work did she recommend surgery. Her Yorkville staff was thorough in prepping us for the upcoming procedure, with Serena explaining all the minor details. The surgery was scheduled promptly -within 10 days - with the option of doing it in the clinic or the hospital. My daughter had another ongoing health concern, which Dr. Meisami and her staff kept track of diligently. The surgery went off perfectly and Dr. Meisami provided us with lots of advice on how to manage the stitches in my daughter's mouth, even giving us her contact info, down to her personal number, to contact her if we needed to! The nurse even called us the next day to check on my daughter. Dr. Meisami just cleared us after our follow-up with her a week later! As a parent, I was very happy with Dr. Meisami and I have to say, my daughter is just as happy as me with her surgeon! Thank you, Yorkville Oral Surgery!

The lack of respect for people's time is outrageous I don't care how good of a surgeon you are you don't do that to people. I've waited less time in an emergency dept. 2 hours I'm just so angry

I thought the procedure was going to be long and nasty. Believe it or not, it was actually quite enjoyable. Unlike other dentists, he explained what he was going to do before each step. I felt much more comfortable when I knew what exactly the doctor was doing to me. The procedure was done neatly and painlessly before I even realized. When I felt painful in my gum around that tooth 6mth later, I called the office and the receptionist was very nice to book me a consult on the same day. The assistant took the X-Ray free of charge. Dr Partnoy explained my X-ray thoroughly and confirmed my bone healed well. He advised me to get a crown instead of the permanent fillings, which was the same reason as what I expected. The team is absolutely professional and I would recommend here to anyone who needs to do a root canal.

I was referred to Endodontic Specialists by Dr. Robert Feeley of Downtown Dental Centre for a root canal. I simply can't recommend Dr. Glen Partnoy highly enough. He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists everytime--it's worth it!

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon after experiencing what I now know was an abscess that would require me having two teeth pulled, one being a wisdom tooth. Not fun right, as you can tell I was not happy about going to the dentist to begin with and dreaded my walk to the office. Dr. Lim's office took me in as an emergency walk-in case right away. The front staff was lovely and asked me to fill out a few forms before meeting with the hygienist. The hygienist walks me to the back and could see the fear in my face, she tried to calm my nerves right away lol I have to say that she was so warm, caring and sweet. I believe her name is Ann (Portuguese girl) and really such a doll! She calmed me down after I told her I was scared and anxious because I am not a fan of dentists and I have a lot of dental issues that need to be addressed. Ann was patient and listened to me, she talked to me for a bit even though the clinic was pretty busy and was never judgmental. She calmly explained everything to me and told me not to worry that I made the biggest step and that was getting over my fear and walking into the office, I trusted her right away. After a few x-rays (painless especially since I had an abscess) Dr. Lim came into the office and introduced himself. Let me tell you how amazing he is, just so kind and genuine, compassionate and really wanted me to feel at ease. He talked to me for a bit about his experiences, talked to me about my fears, what goals I wanted for my teeth and smile and assured me that I was in good hands. Long story short he told me that I needed a few extractions and some work (not surprised) but he was willing to help me get back on track with my smile and bring back my confidence. The extractions were FAST, especially for a wisdom tooth. He has to be the best dentist I have ever met and I am thanking my lucky stars that I walked into his clinic. I have to note that I never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Lim answered all of my questions, took his time with me and was so calm and very patient. I never experienced judgment on my poor hygiene by him or his staff and was never berated for not keeping up and doing my best. I wholeheartedly recommend him to EVERYONE. If you are reading this and have any ounce of fear or reservation about going to your dentist as I was (I am the biggest baby) please go see him. He is extremely gently while working on your teeth and stops to ask you how you are doing through the procedure. Thank you Dr. Lim & Staff you now have a lifelong patient. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because I highly recommend him.

Upon arrival at the building I was informed that the elevators were not working (for the whole building) so I climbed the 10 floors enjoying the morning exercise. However, the door to the floor was closed so I attempted to call the office, 5 tries later and no answer.... 10 minutes later somebody (not related to the office) opened the door. When I entered the office I explained what happened, people were not aware but there was one receptionist who almost challenged this chain of events (she just "didnt get" how it was possible). I even made a sarcastic joke that I was sorry for being 15 minutes early (9:15....) and its my fault....funny thing is that on their answering service (which picked up all those calling attempts) said that they are open from 8:30...but who is counting? There was no apology (even if token) but as I was filling the form I could hear this service oriented receptionist mumbling to her colleague about how un-believable my story was.... So for the first time in my life I just left. There are enough specialists in this city to deal with disrespectful service providers. Too many businesses keep "lifers" who dont really like their job and as a result treat us paying customers like just another number.

I was recommended by my regular dentist to see Dr. Galosky for a specialized root canal. I was in a pain for quite awhile, and I put off seeing the dentist because I knew it was going to be expensive. I finally made the appointment once I was unable to eat and the cold air outside caused me pain. Dr. Golosky instantly put me at ease with his great sense of humor and outgoing personality. Not only that, but he is clearly an expert at what he does. My tooth was on the higher scale for complexity due to the inflammation and the location of the tooth itself. The good doctor froze the shit out of that thing, and I felt nothing during the procedure, to the point where I actually fell asleep. Thats right people, I fell asleep during a root canal. There was hardly any pain afterwards, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Golosky for any endo work you need done. He rocks!

When I went in for a check up with the dental office I was told that I had a huge cavity that may require a root canal. I FREAKED OUT, I didn't know what to expect, I just imagined massive amounts of pain and popping pain killers. The dentist asked me about my dental history, and upon realizing that I was just a tad apprehensive explained the whole procedure, including possible next steps. She didn't push to have anything more done then she had to. I was very pleased with the service that I have received from everyone here. From the receptionist, to my dentist, to my dental hygienist.
