I called back and was scheduled 3 different people who had no idea what I was talking about. When I went in yet again Dr. Mahmood said he was sorry and the office owed me an apology. All I wanted was a prescription for my severe sleep condition showing that I stopped breathing 34 x's a minute. Now they are harping on me about the machine that Mark dismissed me with. Dr Khan is a great Dr. The problems are with his billing and getting prior authorizations. They will bill you and your insurance company for things you've never had in his office- like albuterol or tests you never had done. When you call his billing dept they always say the same thing, we don't know what each patient gets so we just bill everyone for it, bet our insurance companies want to hear that. They didn't get prior authorization for my last appt then billed insurance for multiple tests I never received. This appt they put in for the wrong thing. I don't have sleep apnea, never have, I'm an asthma patient, but my authorization for todays appt is for sleep apnea, which means the insurance company will deny yet another claim from his office.

my husband was scheduled for a sleep study (for the 3rd time) on dec 10, 2025 that he did not go…read moreto because the clinic told us that they will verify it with the doctor first since he already had a 2 sleep studies, one at home and one in the lab. they did not call to confirm or call at all about the appointment. when i called them the day before the appointment i was told that its very late to cancel and that i need to go but i explained to them that we have been waiting for their call but they did jot bother calli ng at all. we ended up rescheduling the appointment but we were still charged no show fee of $200 even it was the clinic's fault for not communicating with us. we also overpaid and has a negative balance that we were supposed to get back but the clinic doesn't bother sending a check but is very good at charging people. i filled a dispute and refund, i better get this money back. also, not coming back to this clinic anymore since they want to keep charging patients unnecessary tests and multiple sleep studies. ridiculous! they care more about money and not their patients.

Thankfully I heard about Dr. McKnight ! My son saw him for about 2 years and then was completely healed and no longer has to follow up with him. We are very happy about that. I had chronic idiopathic urticaria when I used to live in LA but became well-controlled for years and then recurred in 2020. My son was still seeing Dr. McKnight then and so I also started seeing him then. My urticaria has definitely improved and are now well-controlled. Treatment plan was all medications (no shots were required). I was also found to have seasonal allergies and are also well-controlled with the treatment plan I am on. I am very happy with the medical care I have received and continue to receive. Everyone in the office - front desk and in the clinic- are all nice, friendly, patient and always with a good demeanor. I like the option that I am able to book my follow up appointment 6 months out and their calendar is available that far out. I also like that when the office sends the appointment reminder there is an option to check in online which I always do so that the office check in is quick. Clinic is clean. Parking availability is generally not an issue. I always refer Dr. McKnight to my friends who need allergy consult.

I decided to try this doctor being a DO after he saw my mom in the hospital and did an amazing job…read morein my opinion. I needed a new doctor since my Asthma/Allergy doctor left his practice. However, since seeing him in his office and the last two visits with PA Steiner, my opinion has completely changed on these guys. First off I'll say, I will never go back here and I don't recommend them. As pulmonary doctors, having asthma, a PFT test should be done, but that's not the biggest issue. I have a history of pneumonia in my right lung along with other issues. The last time I saw PA Steiner, I was extremely sick with pneumonia and other issues. He did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't offer any medications, no advice, nothing. I fortunately decided to go to pulmonary at the VA. She immediately ran a boat load of blood tests, ordered a CT Scan and a PFT initially which after that one a more advanced one. So this is why I'm not recommending these guys.... The blood work came back showing issues, the CT of my lungs came back showing issues, I'm waiting for the second PFT. These guys are Intensive and Pulmonary and did absolutely nothing for me or made any attempt to diagnose me. Beware if you have serious pulmonary issues. I should not have to request or demand for them to do their job. I'll stick with the VA as these guys did not want to do anything to help me or earn my business or recommendation.

I didn't get the name of the person I spoke, but she was extremely rude. I explained to the individual that I had a high deductible health plan, and I know I'll be responsible for paying the entirety of the visit out of pocket, so I wanted an estimation of the price prior to service, she refused saying they need to first verify my insurance coverage. I asked her if she could give me a quote as if I did not have insurance, and she said they do not take cash patients...Wow!
