Lousy customer service! I had selected 5 clothing items in Tilburg and paid at the cash register. I turned out to have paid more for 2 of the 5 items of clothing than was stated on the attached price tag. Back to the checkout. The cashier couldn't do anything for me and called in the manager. She removed the price sticker from the ticket and appeared the amount paid by me. She explained that they are a Spanish company and that they forgot to display the correct price when hanging the clothes in the store. That's possible of course. But in this case they should have given me the items for the lower price. That would have been customer service. Afterwards they could check the same items in the store and adjust them to the higher price for customers after me if necessary. However, she did not want to work with me. I stayed nice but I said I felt misled. After all, it happened to several articles. The manager then accused me of misunderstanding and turned her back on me and just walked away.
