The store is fairly modern an attractive and very similar to a Marks and Spencer store back home, yet with marked-up pricing, some food items example would cost even more than three times as much here as they would in the UK, but admittedly their costs would be higher due to import fees especially with the United Kingdom exiting the European Union. They do have a taste of Britain in terms of food and clothing, which is a unique and certainly a nice addition to the mall. The staff members didn't seem too helpful, I used a Translate app to help communicate with the language barrier, and the clerk didn't seem too interested in reading what I had written to at least point me in the right direction. I had to find another staff member who was happy to point me in the right direction. While I totally understand the staff members not speaking English, I made my best efforts to communicate with them in written format and the first employee just didn't care. The biggest difference to this store, compared to one back home is the absence of the Food Hall, it is replaced by a tiny area in the store, with a small selection of items including novelty gifts, chocolate, premix alcohol cans and microwaveable rice! There was a small freezer with some items including sausages, but there was not a fridge section. The contents of the freezer included the same sausages which would be in the fridge section back home. A lot of huge pros, but some glaring cons, it can't replace visiting a Marks and Spencer back home but is a nice start and a cool addition to the mall. 3*

I was surprised to find delicious falafel in Prague. Check out El Emir for a great falafel sandwich served with marinated vegetables. The tahina served on the side was so addictive. Dropped by this mall late around 10:15pm one night on my way back to hotel. You're probably…read morethinking that's pretty late for a mall to be open and I thought the same! In reality only the building was open, the stores themselves were closed. When visiting Prague this was one of the more fascinating aspects I learned about the city. In addition to the many inter-building corridors, almost like shortcut passageways between streets, there are entire buildings open late into the night or 24 hours that passerby can enjoy as public spaces or arcades to walk through. Of course there are security guards and cameras posted all over and you can't just loaf around, instigate shenanigans or sleep in these spots. I was impressed by how safe, clean and well maintained they kept these passages; this mall was no exception. I walked the perimeter of 3 of the 5 floors and took a look around. What I saw--the mall is shaped like an oblong disc with a center atrium and a tall 5 story island in the middle, which also has stores. As of fall 2024 they had many commonly seen stores in Europe: H&M, Marks & Spencer, dm, Luxor, a lot of sporty brands like Geox, Converse, adidas, Vans Lacoste, Columbia, North Face as well as other apparel retailers like Gap, Falconeri, Levi's Guess, CalvinKlein, Intimissimi, Armani Exchange. Sephora, MAC, Lush, Claire's and L'occitane were some of the beauty retailers. Aside from this you can find a variety of specialty stores with accessories, electronics, toys, housewares, kids play zone. Downstairs in the basement was Albert supermarket and on the fifth floor a food hall with pretty typical mall food court offerings--Kentucky Fried Chicken, a handful of fast food Asian stalls, Burger King, McD's, ice cream, donuts, bubble tea and of course Starbucks (though this was on a lower level). So all in all quite a normal mall spread out over five floors.

When you walk in, it's not just shopping - it's therapy. If you want to be cheered up, feel welcomed, find something unique and totally in your price range, and walk out feeling better than you did when you arrived - then definitely come here and visit Becky :) In fact I don't even know why I'm raving about this place because it just means you might go and buy something that I've been eyeing :) But there are always some surprises waiting so be sure to visit and take a look!!

Fortunately, it's great fun and British expat owner Rebecca is a delight who has a great eye. My friend and I spent a pleasant time browsing, buying, and chatting. Rebecca is lovely and I can't wait to go back to Prague to visit again!
