Please save your time and energy by going somewhere else. First off, they have a clearance shelf that has huge signs saying Buy one get one free, but in all actuality it is false advertising. It's 28$ for 2 bottles. No matter what, you have to get 2 and it costs 28, and they didn't originally cost 28$, closer to 20. So you tell me how that makes sense. I have brought it up several times over the last few months and one girl took the signs down, but next time I was there they were right back up. And secondly, on my last and final visit 3 days ago, I bought 2 of them, and even thought I know they have been open a lot of the times, I assume they keep track how long they have been open, and take them off the shelf altogether to avoid customer dissatisfaction ( professional places would put a date on it to keep from selling bad quality opened juice), but that would be incorrect. I can tell one of juices had been open for probably -a year, I've been vaping for many years and know that taste of oxidizing Elquid very well), so I call, and when I speak to the manager (who sold it to me, and would have never guessed she was a manager) she basically tells me she can't return or exchange juice, says that she told me she recommends I do not buy off that shelf(which she did not, when I asked what the cheapest regular item was she told me which one and at one point told me the ones on clearance don't sell very often, never anything about recommending one over the other When I told her that it's pretty crappy they sell old opened juice and refuse to rectify the situation, she tells me it's hit or miss with those, you get what you get.And keep in mind she almost sold me a different kind that I wanted but then I realized how dark it was and then she checked the date and it was best by sometime in 2018, at which point she says she try's to pull old ones off regularly. Well what just happened contradicts that statement completely, because you've had 2 yrs to checks the dates on the bottles on the clearance shelf section and there are only maybe 30-40 up there at a times, and not all of them Even have dates since it's not required by the fda since it's quality based not safety based. And thirdly when I bought it, after she lets me check out a couple ( and no they don't have a way for you to sample, they just open them and let you smell them lol) the phone rings and I spend the next 15 mins listening to her tell another customer that she doesn't know why his new vaporizer isn't working, and she wouldn't know how to fix it so trying googling it and that he can only exchange it out for a new one when they get more in or a gift card, instead of putting him on hold so I could just pay and go since I had picked the 2nd juice within the first minute of the other customers phone call. I know i am leaving out other important details but you get the gist. Not a professional small family run business. I have never been treated so potent by any business or seen such brazen disregard for customer satisfaction. I really am not an entitled person, I just expect to not be intentionally sold un-smokable open gross nicotine liquid, which is the only conclusion I can come to. read more
