The management and staff really take pride in their little bricks and mortar store. They kill it with their customer service. They will even do custom orders for you. I was in there to get an e-nail and the lady helping me was all "oh I'll look these up for you and see if I can get you one that better suits your rig" she was going above and beyond to try to help me and she walked me through how to use it as well. Not like Midnight oasis where I feel like they shove their products down my throat. Very nice people at puff and just as nice products! Thanks guys I'll see you later today! P.S. when they card you don't give em a hard time because they are going to card you. It's a college town and with the new 21+ law they're not trying to get screwed guys. You know they're not sitting behind the table like "hey Susie watch me piss this guy off... can I see your ID please" just have it out, show them and then SHOP!

Take your business to Kings of Vapor where they stand behind their products for 30 days! That's where I normally go but was being to damn lazy to drive there, what a lesson learned! The guy running the place was really chill, and the atmosphere was nice because of how friendly he was. He's very knowledgeable about the pieces he has in stock, and knows who the artists are that make them. It was cool to talk with him, and you can tell that he really cares about his business and has a passion for what he does. Prices were fair, and I ended up leaving with a really cool hand-made bubbler and a pack of papers. These purchases paired well with the pizza from next door. The hours for the store are very good as well as I think they open at 9am and close at 10pm everyday and the location of the store is good as it is close to my work as well as it is located in the tiny Plaza where italo's used to be located. The store is also lit up very well inside and out so you definitely cannot miss it. I will definitely be back to this store in the future.
