Walked in from years of saying I won't go back after a mix up of misinformation on their part. Basically you want to know EXACTLY what you want. They don't help much. I asked about a product and they were about to offer me the one that most people go to, which I know I don't like. He then got frustrated and told me to choose, when I made a selection, it wasn't the mg that I wanted so then he went through all of them like I irritated him, and did it twice cause I chose the wrong one again. I made my selection.... Did my transaction... he said "let me see if I can reprint it." As if it irritated him. Then without any thanks or expression on his face said... "all sales are final" bye. Anyways, it's not like yall had anyone in the store when I walked in and I'm sorry I interrupted you texting someone as you were doing when I walked in. I'll go back to my other store even though your prices were better, the customer service is unsatisfactory. You will NEVER see me there again. Thank you and good bye. Thursday Feb 5th 7:20ishpm. read more

This place is a joke. Buddy broke like 100 dollars worth of glass trying to help me out and still couldn't even charge me right and up charged me for the rig plus the banger and then said "oh sorry didn't you want the other well I can't do anything now sorry". Like we get it....you broke a bunch of product and feel dumb for it that doesn't mean you fxxk over a local customer. Never coming here again and neither should you. He ripped off the cheaper price literally right in front of me. That was so sketchy. I felt bad though because he broke so much so all they get is a bad review for now. read more

It's a tobacco shop that only has three bags of tobacco and they are all the same brand. Also the owner is very rude and doesn't seem to want to help you. Obviously they just like to sell drug paraphernalia read more

This place is great for your smoking needs. Lots of pieces to chose from and the owner is great. Always willing to break deals and everything there has fairly good quality. I have been going there since i was eighteen, and have always bought quality. Do beware, i have a good eye for strong smoking devices so if you go and buy something and break it within a day then take care of your stuff. read more

Probably the worst vape shop ever. First of all when you get there good luck trying to find parking and second of all it says the place is open but I waited here from 4:45 till 5 o'clock and nobody even opens the door nor even picks up the phone. Whoever is running that shop is probably geeked af in the back read more

Small smoke shop that fullfills every smokers dream. From marijuana pipes...to "other" pipes, Puffs is the place to be. Cool hukkah sets too. Smells like incense in here big time. Plenty of tobacco to choose from and roll up a doobie yourself! Friendly older man employee there too! read more

Difficult parking. We went to the front of the store and knocked and waited. Online says they are open until 10pm and it was 7:56pm.

Called in to see if they had synthetic pee! YES! They do. & it's only 27.50 talk about a deal. I've showed up before for a small piece good prices, & wide range of selection! Friendly staff too read more

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN LA. Hands down!! Not only are they the only shop open until 2AM, they have the most variety of any shop I've ever been to. Ive never seen this amount of selection anywhere else or at such a reasonable price. They have super unique pipes, bongs, a huge selection of scales & bags, and practically anything you could ever need. The sales people aren't super snooty. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, & have stayed open past 2am for me on several occasions (sorry guys!). I live in Long Beach & ive been traveling the 20 miles here for the past 3 years at least once a month. No other shop compares! read more

what can i say? i work in el monte but i live in san pedro. With that being said, last night halfway through my session i broke my glass. no worries. I go on yelp. But all the shops closed at 9pm. closest one on the way home was "smoke shop" on yelp. Had good reviews so i checked it out. the thinnest glass for triple the price. i was astonished because that's not what i expected from the reviews on yelp. So i thank the man for his time, and i give yelp another try. I find "puffs smoke shop". i call, george answers the phone to let me know they close in 2 minutes. (10pm). after telling him my dilemma and my location He tells me "just come through ill stay open for you". music to my ears. So i arrive and the atmosphere is totally laid back and theres deals -_- Nothing like what i saw at the other store. George worked with every penny i had. It never felt like he was selling me anything. It felt more like he was giving it to me. Who doesn't love customer service? from staying open late And understanding the situation, to deals too good to be true. That's exactly how you run a business to keep and attain new cliental. i mean. In & out in 10minutes. Including a sick upgrade deal from single to triple honeycomb. I couldn't pass it up Super long story short, i would stop by this shop everyday on my way home from work just because of the deals and amount of merchandise. Ask for george u wont regret it. & if u DO regret it. Just search "puffs smoke shop" on yelp and experience what customer service is suppose to feel like. read more
