I am so grateful for their help in creating a box to ship my carpet cleaner back to Bissel for repairs! I walked in with the machine broken down as directed and was greeted with a smile and recognition that I had contacted them a few days ago. Rather than use a huge box that would involve LOTS of packing material, a more reasonable box was created out of two...thanks to a box cutter and tape, problem solved.
