I called after hours - testing my luck - and had someone show up within the hour still (!!!) to break me back into my AirBNB that I locked myself out of. The technician was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had me back in the building within 5 minutes through my locked back door. But that's not all ! he even noticed my deadbolt was misaligned, re-aligned it, fixed the front door dead bolt that had a broken off key in it, and made me an entire new key... best part?! He only charged me for the initial re-entry that I had called about. Fixing the door bolt and getting me a new key was just out of professional kindness. SUPER thankful for this company, and its techs going above and beyond !!! read more

I needed a lock replaced on my front door and I did not know who to contact. I had bought keys from this business, and they did a good job, so I called them. Travis repaired the lock and did some minor adjustments to the door. It looks great and I am extremely happy with his work. Thanks Travis read more

I had a service call for a broken key in my lock. I called around locksmith's in Pueblo, the first 3 told me if it's broke off in the cylinder, you'll need a new one. flat 150 bucks. its like they had a fee sheet or something. Finally, when I reached Pueblo lock doc, I asked the same question as I did the first 3 times, could you try and see if you can get the key out first? and then if its damaged, replaced it? Sure he said, I can come look at it this afternoon. So professional. That is all I wanted, was for some one to try. Next, I work from home, so I could only meet him on my break. I told them my break time, and he said he would make it work. He showed up right on time. Also, I have a large guard dog... so that took some extra coordination. I had Travis as the service guy. He went along with the flow on everything, break time.. big dog... try the broken key first. Just 100 percent professional. That is all I really wanted. Whether he actually was able to get the key out and save the cylinder was second to the cooperative attitude that he had. Really is nice to work with some one like that. When you have a bad day like that.. you dont want to be slam...here's your new cylindir, that is 150 bucks. I am glad I called Pueblo Lock Doc. Travis treated me like a person, not just a job. I highly recommend Peublo Lock Doc. They are real people ready to help real people. That says a lot these days. Thank you Travis!! read more

I just moved to town and needed to re-key my locks. They were able to schedule one of their lock technicians within a couple of hours. The gentlemen who scheduled the tech, and Travis, the tech, were extremely professional and helpful. Travis even spent a little extra time trying to adjust my garage door to make the deadbolt and latch work more smoothly. He was also able to let me into my mobile workbench, which I had lost the keys to during my move. I will most definitely call them again if I need help in the future. read more

Set a time a few hours after I called. Called half an hour before that time to be sure I still wanted them. Showed up exactly on time. Very professional -- and gave me a small courtesy discount on top of it. I could not be more pleased. I do not need locksmiths often, but I would certainly recognize this onre. read more

Today, the lock on our front door went on strike! I called Pueblo Lock Doc, LLC who picked up immediately and got to our home within 20 minutes. Bill Toler checked the lock, disassembled it, and put it back correctly. In the end, the lock was just loose... Pueblo Lock Doc did not charge me a dime for their visit or their assistance. Owing to their genuine kindness, I promised I would write a good review for them since they indeed earned it. I just purchased me first house and scheduled the Lock Dock to come change out all my locks. They were on time, very personable, and helped me to know that I would be secure in my new home. In addition to that they located the skeleton key left behind by the old owners and enabled me to keep my original vintage antique locks by simply adding deadbolts to each door. My favorite part is that I can't lock myself out and my home still looks original but with modern safety. Safe, simple, so fast, and effective. My cost was $40 for the home visit and $11/keyhole to be changed. read more
