Dr. Schuetz is a wonderful, kind, knowledgable and compassionate OBGYN. I can not sing her praises…read moreenough. I was new to the area and had to find an OB and feel so very lucky that I found her. She always made me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns my husband and I may have had throughout my entire pregnancy. Come delivery day Dr. Schuetz was not on call, it was a Sunday afternoon and she came in to deliver my son anyway. She does her best, even when not on call, to deliver all of her babies. I am now pregnant with my 2nd child and we are relocating and I don't think I will be able to find an OB to ever compare to her. I will say at times the wait is a little long but you will find that she is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. This is worth an extra wait every so often.

I called Dr. Morgan (been a patient for 5 years) for a prescription for testosterone. They said…read moreI'd have to come in for a consultation (thats a pain!). I had to wait 6 weeks to get in. When I arrived, a nurse came in the room and apologized - saying Dr. Morgan doesnt prescribe testosterone and the receptionist who booked me was new and made a mistake. Fine, waste of my time, whatever. Then they billed both my insurance company and myself for the visit!!!!! I called to get it reversed and got the run around - I called 4 times, conversed with them through MyChart 2 times, and they would not budge - insisting that they had provided me a service - what service? They totally wasted my time. The fact that they had the nerve to bill me, and wouldnt adjust it after many complaints is shocking! My final phone call, I told them I would like to discuss this directly with Dr. Morgan. They said they would have her call me - and of course, she never did. JUST SHAMEFUL AND GREEDY!

She threatened to have me sent home when I was 7 cm dilated because I didn't want to have my water broken(I wanted to have a natural hospital labor) all of my natural birth requests she denied because she had somewhere to be at 7pm. She threatened a c section less than 24 hours into birth when it was absolutely NOT necessary. When I said no several times at she also threatened to notate in my file that I was essentially willing to let my baby die because I would not agree to a c section under her care because she wouldn't give me a real legitimate reason WHY a c section was necessary in my case. Flick is an AWFUL woman. I can't believe she's an L&D doctor. She made my labor a terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She also made me start pushing at 9cm because she said "you can push to a 10 cm, I pushed for 2 hours and at the end of it she said to me I should be considering a c section if I don't progress..... still under 24 hours into my labor. I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THIS WOMAN AND TELL HER I DONT TRUST HER FOR HER TO FINALLY RESPECT ME A PATIENT. but Thankfully I had a wonderful nurse that stayed by my side and helped me FINISH my labor VAGINALLY. Flick, quit your job.
