RIP OFF! DO NOT TRUST! BAD BUSINESS! They quoted us $400 for…read moreour annual winterizing with impeller. Last year it was $200 just for the winterizing. $400 felt pricey but we trusted them. Picked up the boat and they charged us over $800. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. If we had discussed an $800 fee we may have been comfortable with that price. But to charge more than twice the quoted price?! That is deceptive and wrong! We will not be trusting them again, and you shouldn't either.

Pricing/quote was way above competitors. And I did not compromise on quality by going elsewhere.read more

Outstanding results! I typically clean my own pontoon, but this last season got away from me…read more Looking at my pontoon seats THIS season, I was a little intimidated at the work it was going to take me. The seat mold was terrible, and my normally gray dash was close to being black. I had heard positive comments on Boat Butlers from neighbors and decided to give them a try. I met Jason, who was there to clean my boat on his committed date. (What a nice guy!) I was in and out of the house that day, so I'm not exactly sure how long the job took him (hours and hours!), but the end result is amazing. My boat seats nearly look brand new. (It's a 9 year old boat, so that's saying a LOT!) The dash is looking new as well, and the floor is safe to walk on again. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly be using them again!!

I thought I would give them another chance, as maybe I just got the wrong guy on the wrong day . I called and after a brief interlude a voice asked me to hold, and 15 minutes later , they still haven't picked up the phone. I had a similar situation occur the first time I tried to reach them months ago. I can't speak to their professionalism when it comes to actually installing or fixing things on vehicles, but if my phone experiences are any indication, this is not a company I would recommend. I don't plan on calling back.
