    The good: -Right…read moredown the street from the house we were moving to. -I had 5 units (yes, should have sold more of our stuff before moving) and they were all in good shape, clean and maintained. -easy to get in. The Bad: -If you do anything there at night, bring a spotlight. None of the lights are on and they do not care when you bring it up. Like ever care about anything. -If I can call and get a unit in 5 minutes, I should be able to do the same when leaving. They will run you around like "you needed to make a move out day!" Were they going to help me move? No. -They knew all my units yet when I would add another one, they make you send in your insurance information again and again, even though it covers everything. You must carry insurance whether you like it or not. They will charge you $10 a month extra if you do not have it. What if I am not so worried about what is in there? Forced to get more money out of you in my opinion. -I have been out of there for three weeks now and they keep trying to charge me. I am getting hammered daily with text messages and emails telling me I am late paying and the messages are talking about late fees. They tell me on the phone that the manager needs to go in and inspect the units to say they are cleared, then this will go away. Then hire a new manager because he is not doing his job. I am now to the point of packaging up all their texts, emails and other spam info to take to someone like the state's attorney so they can see how they are trying to scam me for more money. I would avoid these scammers like the plague.

    This company is ridiculous! I've had to waste time for the last two months calling in because they…read morekeep cha ringing for insurance. When I first started with them they told me I just needed the policy number at the kiosk. Then when I get the first bill I'm billed for insurance because now they say they want paperwork. So then I send in the documentation for my homeowners insurance then somehow they mysteriously lose it. So then this month they charge me for Insurance again and I was supposed to get a credit from last month and that never happened. So I called him again three times today emailed them the documentation to her three times to make sure they got it. You're telling me they're going to credit my account again like last month but they don't wanna send me a refund but they have no problem debiting my account. I'm sick of getting lied to from the customer service people telling me they receive stuff when they're saying they did it that or they're losing it. Do you jobs give the correct credit and we wouldn't have this problem!!! If I was anybody here I would not rent from the storage company and find somebody else who knows what they're doing and doesn't give you issue about billing.
