I rented a small climate-controlled unit in 2013 after my mother sold her home because she required 24/7 care. I needed to store a few family heirlooms and some other items until I could get the chance to move them to my home in Buffalo NY. Christy and the other staff were always so polite and exceptionally helpful whether I interacted with them in person or over the phone. Despite going through a couple of hurricanes, there were no issues with my unit or its contents. The facility was spotless and all the lights were working every time I visited the unit over the years. If this location is representative of Public Storage as a whole, you cannot go wrong doing business with them. Fantastic experience! read more

I made my reservation online and it was a breeze. Once in store, the staff was super courteous and helpful! To be honest I was skeptical about the area because that part of Azalea can be sketchy but the unit and facility was very clean, well lit and secure. My only issue is the price quoted online was not my final price. You must purchase the mandatory insurance, which was a rather significant amount to have not been forewarned. read more

I love the storage location it is very clean staff is awesome they will bend over double for you the units are easy to get to and it's affordable I wouldn't look nowhere else when I'm needing a storage unit read more

Great place. I reserved a storage unit online and received a call from Wayne within 5 minutes. Check in was a breeze. The property was very clean and well kept. And of course, the pricing was reasonable. I also like the fact that there is no 24 hour access. It seems like more stuff can happen to your unit after hours. Highly recommend this location. read more

After looking at a few storage companies, I decided on Public Storage on Azalea Rd. I am happy I did! Wayne made my first storage rental easy by verifying my space met my needs and ensuring I had the right supplies to make my move smoother. Christy assisted me on another visit and she was knowledgeable and friendly also. Plus, the site is always clean! read more

Clean facilities and manager made sure I was happy with unit. They have 7 day access for flexibility. I used the website to browse pricing and units available and received callback within a few minutes. The only negative thing I can think of is they make you buy one of their core locks (19.99) instead of using your own. But I'm sure it's more secure this way. Overall great experience. read more
