Where do I begin? Ok! So I have been storing my items here for some years as I currently reside out of the state. I been with them since when they were CubeSmart. Ok so I have seen the hands of management change a time or few. The experiences have been very awesome though. The people that are currently working Jeff and Vincent are some of the most understanding and REALIST people I have interacted with. They know what it is like to try to do what you can in a struggling economy. They are NOT judgmental, they are NOT condescending, and they are KIND, SINCERE AND did I mention kind? They are personable and really work for their people. I am appreciative to have stored my items there and hoping to get that stuff out as it has been too many years. The only negative comment I have DOES NOT APPLY to the staff but to the greedy azz corp. The rental increases is ridiculous. This ain't rent. It is a storage unit. Like really. read more

The price increases are both too frequent and much too high. Have used a few storage locations in the past and none have been this bad.

Since June of 2020 this place has increased their prices 3 times. My $145.00 mtly unit increased to $165.00 6mths later and shortly after that cube smart was bought out by public storage. They no longer provided insurance so after purchasing insurance my unit went from 165.00 to $180.00 in the 4th quarter of 2021. Today I get a increase letter for March 2022. This time it's a $61.00 increase bring the same unit to $241.00. This is highway robbery! read more
