Parking: There is a large parking garage under the building and the attendant is pretty friendly. He'll ask you how long you're planning on being there, and for me, it was always like 1 hour so he would park me somewhere real close. Second thing! There is a little cafe across the street that opens super early. So if you're on Good Morning Washington and have to be at the studios at 7:15, you can grab a bacon egg and cheese sandwich across the street- I believe the spot opens at like 6 for all the early birds. Third! The biggest surprise to entering the TV Studio is that pretty much 90 percent of the space is taken up by desks. It's pretty much like a huge office and then the studio is like SOOO small. The actual news studio is like the size of a 1 bedroom apartment in DC. All of the anchors and production staff are really sweet and nice. It seems like they really enjoy their jobs. Which comes off in their interaction. It's not like... oh they're super nice on camera and then when the feed goes dead they're like " I hate this place." Quite the opposite. I look forward to going back and doing more segments with Audra and the rest of the team there. Also, Live TV is no joke. Good thing I have so much experience from when I read the announcements on our school TV station at Richard Montgomery High School ;)

His speech --spastic and halting, destroys the overall pleasure from the listening experience. Please enroll Matt Dayton in a speech therapy class: having him announce classical works in a spastic, halting and hesitant manner brutally breaks the spell of the music by forcing the music lover's attention to his idiosyncratic speech, which I'd call a Spastaccato; if you can bear just a few moments, you.will.know.what.I.mean! It is like listening to a grade schooler's rendition of Shakespeare. His speech deficiency stands in stark contrast to that of the regular announcers--Linda , Bill , Chip, Evan, Rich , John and Nicole, who enhance and prolong the pleasure of the work with their cultured and refined speech.

As one who must spend far too much time in my car, I am often frustrated by tuning into the middle of a piece and seeing on my car screen WETA Classical at the top, Classical for Washington at the bottom which is redundant and provides no information about the piece that is playing. Frustration abounds. Lately, information has always been sporadic, but lately it has become worse. The simple fix is for all hosts to routinely turn on the feature that gives the title and composer of the work. By making this practice official in your manual of standard operating procedures, all hosts can solve the problem with a flick of the switch. WETA Classical is missing a great, just-in-time opportunity for classical music education, leaving your semi-literate listeners to guess ...and to stew unnecessarily over lack of information. Please help us out here: Kindly, TURN ON THE TITLE! All of Washington will thank you. Yours in awe of the composers and performers who have bequeathed an incomprehensible gift of music that brings so much joy to our lives, Meg Maguire *****

The price given (Darise Steele) which even brought concern from the beezoom TV advertisement side (Shaun)of the process. After price was given I was given a call week later asking have I consider the social media. After talking to Darise of a social media her response was I'm sorry that you misunderstood. Not that she could possibly have any fault in this at all, but the customer is at fault.she's clearly said she would roll her part into the price of the television advertisement part of the deal. Which was questioned for several minutes by Sean himself. After getting me to sign on now they want to change the price. So they'll sign you in, get you on board, switch up tactics, and finally sue as the many reviews on Google has mentioned just click to the one non recommended review on Yelp and read and research for yourself. Don't let this happen to you. I am going to ask to be discontinued even with no service is has been rendered as of yet. I will pay a cancellation fee whatever it takes to get away from these people.I am a business owner myself and integrity is everything. Once that's gone you're nothing but a number. Shukran, Al Jazeera! This station gives in-depth reporting…read morefrom a Muslim point of view. The whole network is paid for by the government of Qatar, out of Doha. They do some excellent global reporting on complex issues, usually how it relates to the Middle East. There's a lot of talk about the bias of the main stream media, and this network certainly does have its own agenda. But what network doesn't have its own agenda? I think it's important to get news from several different sources, each with its own side of the story to get a multi-faceted viewpoint on current events, to help form a more balanced opinion on what's happening. Al Jazeera offers a station all in English, for an American audience. They have reporters all over the world on scene as things unfold across the globe. The reporters use American idioms, and are easily understood. They don't just focus on what's happening in the Middle East, but also in the United States, but still through a Muslim lens. Overall, it helps foster understanding between the western world and the Middle East. The station is available over Free To Air (FTA) satellite, or you can stream it live on YouTube, or their website.

Also major props for covering the protests in Tunisia WEEKS before any western media started covering the story.
