The servers were friendly and prompt, prices reasonable and atmosphere cozy. Paddy O'Ryan's was also where I had my first bitterballen, which is basically a deep fried ball of meat. Beer selections include Guinness, of course, as well as Kilkenny, Grolsch, and Old Speckled Hen. They have a fine selection of whiskey and scotch, with several rotating varieties. The best part about Paddy O'Ryan is the free live music on Wednesdays, varying from traditional Irish music to alt country. Local groups as well as international touring acts find their way to Paddy's, which must be a good sign!
