They didnt cover so many little areas so you can see the original brick trough the paint and worse is they were supposed to paint the metal a black color and did it the same color as the house and then charged me $2500 extra to do it the correct color. We had gotten about 4 quotes and all of them were very close in price, some were extremely crazy. We chose A and R based upon how we felt about the company and the reviews they had. Alex was very kind and explained everything and gave us options. He sent us the estimate in a very timely organized manner. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA's approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is). The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail. Once the job was complete Alex came and did a walk thru and looked at everything with us, making sure we were happy and nothing was missed. Our house looked beautiful and we have gotten tons of compliments. The thing that also stood out was his communication and we didn't pay him until the job was complete. There are way too many companies around here that collect and never show back up. He honestly took a huge risk doing this, but this tells me he is confident in the work his company does and rightfully so. He also offers a 10 year warranty which we went with since Colorado has some crazy weather and I looked at it like a great investment. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

Adam was thorough and detailed when he came to quote the job, even going through the paint color palette with me. Jason was the project manager and along with the office staff respected my communication preference (text and email), were timely, friendly, clear. Javier was crew chief and came over to power wash on Monday while checking the condition of the siding and work requirements. Then 7 am Monday right on time, he brought a big crew of six to prep all areas for painting, paint, touch up, clean up.
