After waiting 4 months she offered to give our deposit back, which no account ever requested a deposit, and I could come pick them up. We just want her to do our taxes as she agreed to in a timely fashion. I would not recommend her at all. We sold our home and are now living with relatives with stuff in storage because we can not apply for a line with our taxes, she has been aware of this for months. I have had two adjustments from Dr. Karen, and both times I felt much better afterward. Unfortunately, I'm not in the area, but my visits with Dr. Karen have encouraged me to see a chiropractor at home (time to look on Yelp for recommendations in the SF Bay Area!). Dr. Karen's office seems warm and comforting, and very busy. She must be doing thing well based on the number of people in her office.
