A while back, my fiancé at the time made an appointment on a Sunday for us to get a reading as a…read moresurprise date for me. We waited and waited and waited and no one ever answered the door when we rang the bell. We called and nothing happened. They never contacted him to say there was an emergency or anything. Pretty rude. I frequent another business in the same plaza, and randomly someone who works there said that they asked for some type of reading (can't remember the name) and the psychic there said they don't do that. They were really weird and wouldn't let them in or anything. The person who told me this is very well-versed in psychic stuff as her mom was a psychic, so she really knows their stuff and I know they wouldn't lie to me. Every time I am there (and I am in that plaza a lot) no one is ever there and there are no customers. Personally I feel the lady there isn't even a psychic or it is a front for something, but who knows. Either way, I would never attempt to go there again. ‍

Avoid! Avoid! avoid! I paid for a full reading in March of 2023 fast forward to today May 2023…read morestill no reading. To start of, I would like to say that I had a reading from her in 2022. During that year my experience was great. I paid and scheduled via text. The experience was flawless. I had such a good experience the previous year, I decided to go for another try. Unfortunately, this time my experience was not good at all. Poor communication. Disregard text communications. Little to no regard, not apologetic. She happily took my money and no service was rendered.

We had some fun asking her some questions, and she suggested we should come by later that night for a reading. She seemed nice, I had never been to a psychic before and have recently been struggling with a lot of big life questions (big to me, anyway). A random interaction with another cool human being seemed a nice way to end our night in the city, and hey maybe I'd learn something. We showed up at 238 Madison around 10pm and came up to Ziva's well kept and pleasant abode. Her family was kind and she was very professional. I chose to have a tarot card reading, and was quite impressed by the accuracy about past events in my life and her answers to my questions. While I've never considered myself a believer in astrology and whatnot, I've always been curious. My experience with Ziva was a lot of fun and made me think. It certainly put me in a better mood, and made me feel more positive about some things I've been struggling with. A great way to end a fun day in NYC with good friends, would certainly visit again. Thanks again!

I went to this shop for the first time and felt such serenity. I could have honestly been there all day. The owners were great. I told them I wanted to help my mother but didn't give them any details. They directed me to get the 7 chakra candles and crystals that were prepared with reiki by Armando. He instructed me how they should be used and it worked. My mother meditated with the candles and crystals on numerous occasions and not only did all her medical evaluations come back negative she's healthier than she's been in a long time. I feel that she is better not only because she has had a positive attitude and I gave her those candles with love but also because of how they were prepared.
