I saw Kate recently and I wanted to share how grateful I was for my experience with her. This has…read morebeen the worst year for me, with one thing dogpiling on to the next, and yes, it's only April. I've been in a very dark place just not feeling like myself, and I have to say that after meeting with her, my spirit feels so much lighter.
