Not only that just explained that (oh, let me add that this friend is only of the most critical, super super smart and educated person that I know. ) She told me I need to see Lisa Ann and she just told me of her experience and how she brought up things she could never have just guessed by que's and crap people say. My friend.....(long story but I wanted to put up and take the time to let people know that Lisa Ann and her business of healing is just that. ok, so my friend say the only thing is that she is about 2 hours away. She said she would go with me bec shes a great friend knowing and wanting to help me get healing. So i went. I was so nervous but this is the thing everyone....Lisa is an honest to goodness of the most empathetic people that I have ever known. So, the reading, listen so specific to me and in my grieving (which I recommend therapy as well and grief is not depression, huge difference but if you become depressed while or during or after grieving, you should seek help. Have to always add that HOWEVER if you want to feel whole again , lifted, heard, advised, healing has begun and that is thanks to Lisa. She said things i will give you an example. She said this person strong female personality, she said was my soul mate (which i know in my soul to be true, I just never thought about it, now, oh wow, it's all so interesting. I keep straying, sorry. She said that female keeps asking me to speak about a really long day. Sounds generic but it was not. I even said before I went if that was brought up, I am a believer (Lisa didnt know this) This long day. Well, after losing my mom I became manic and that LONG day she was asking me about was the start of my mania and I knew that day because i was up overBeset Al 48 hours after that long day. I work normally 4 hours and I worked 12. I deal with disabilities and that is not healthy and I knew as the day went on and my boss even noticed. It scared me and I knew I needed help on that day she spoke of....my long day. I was not only blown away by her accuracy she felt like an old friend. She was cautious and yes spoke of her life and gave personal experiences that I LOVED bec I not only could see her experience but she related it to me and my life. I left blown away and have seen her now several times and she also has a podcast (look her up) excellent stuff if you're interested in not only healing but personal growth. There are so many skeptics out there but you know what they are just miserable people who if were open to it could get healing and live a more fulfilled and joyous life. Go to Lisa. Oh, one more thing is that i was so concerned about my health . I couldnt drive to see her. She called me and went over our time to not only give me an amazing reading but resources then she emailed me as she promised links etc to help me. ; I am just recommending her bec she is a really good person who genuinely cares about people and their happiness and growth physical and mentally. Go to her once and you will feel amazing and could possibly change your life, like she has done for me. I Also, one last thing. You have to put in the work for healing so go to Lisa and do the work, you are worth it! Lisa is a lifesaver, literally. This is a fairly large place. Several seating areas outside allow for the individual or a group to…read moresit together. When my wife and I arrived the parking lot was full. Though I have visited several wineries in my experience, this was my first time here. What I think the newcomer here should know: There are many things you can experience here. You can walk in, buy a glass of wine and walk around or sit. You may shop. There is a large area inside offering wine related items for your purchase. Some food and sweets as well. There are three tasting areas (I think three). Shaped like a bar, they aren't actually a bar in the workings. You may purchase a tasting at the cashier area, meet with a bartender tender (their term) and experience an entertaining tasting of several wines offered here. The above information was provided because there's no guidance for first timers here. Frankly, I almost drank one glass of wine and left but after quizzing the correct employees I was able to find out what this place actually offered. I'd equate it to your first day at high school. It's late in the tourist season and many of the employees seemed to be growing tired of people asking stupid questions. In trying to figure this place out I spoke to seven or eight folks, from bartenders to cashiers. One bartender (gentleman outside) was polite and great! Conversely the older woman bartending outside was the opposite. Zero help. I didn't care for her attitude. If you're like me. A tourist and here for the first time, get a tasting. It's the best way to experience several of the wines. Doug was our bartender. He did an awesome job. Funny, entertaining, and knowledgeable. The wines are sweet. They are done well. To close I'm not sure how to rate this place. There's lots of potential here but I think several employees lack the skills to encourage a customer to purchase a glass or bottle of wine. If you are familiar with the place and know what you want, it's probably a great experience. Sorry but the delivery is lacking, therefore my reviewed experience isn't great.

My experience at Duplin Winery was one of the most disappointing customer-service experiences I…read morehave encountered. I joined the wine club last October because I wanted a membership closer to home in SC, in addition to another wine club I belong to. My experience when joining was wonderful, so I was genuinely looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dawna completely changed my opinion of the business. I found her demeanor short-tempered, dismissive, unwelcoming, and as though assisting me was an inconvenience. As a Black customer, I was especially disturbed by the interaction because I felt I was treated differently and left questioning whether race played a role. I cannot speak to someone's intentions, but I can absolutely speak to how I was treated and how the experience made me feel. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I cancelled my wine club membership. I was also disappointed that I could not receive documentation confirming my cancellation. If documentation can be provided when someone joins, written confirmation should also be available when someone cancels. Even something as simple as the wine glass became an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. I had previously kept my tasting glass and did not understand that this experience was different\. Instead of simply explaining the policy courteously, the interaction again felt unnecessarily rude. I do want to recognize the staff serving wine on the deck. They were AWESOME--friendly, welcoming, and provided the type of hospitality I remembered from my original visit. The deck itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and I can understand why people enjoy spending an evening there\. Unfortunately, one employee interaction can change a customer's entire perception of a business, and that is exactly what happened here. I came expecting to relax, enjoy the winery, and continue supporting a membership I had willingly purchased. I left feeling unwelcome and cancelled it. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, consistency, and respect for **every customer**. No guest should leave an establishment wondering why they were treated differently from others around them. I'm genuinely disappointed because this could have remained a place I regularly supported. Based on this experience, however, I cannot recommend it or continue spending my money somewhere I did not feel valued or respected.

One of the places that they patron on a regular occasion is the Grande Dunes Ocean Club. Our server was Madison who was awesome at getting our orders in and out to us while Abby was behind the bar fixing up the drinks for the folks and an exciting Sprite with very little ice for me ;p I know what you're thinking, so adventurous KP. So before I get into the meal aspect of this let's talk about the space itself. For those who need to know, there is a party room upstairs that can be used for a wide variety of occasions and there are also town hall neighborhood kinds of things held there as well. It's the size of the downstairs space and has its own full bar and an amazing overlook of the ocean. On a nice day this is something else. There didn't seem to be stairs to access and just the elevator which can be annoying based on the size of the groups using the space. There looked to be a coat check area here as well. Moving along. For the eats, I had to try their calamari while Pop wanted a dip and chips and Mom a salad. Mom and Pop both had a chicken wrap while I went with a Po' Boy sandwich. For dessert we all shared this awesome apple pie. Overall a fantastic dinner at a very lovely place and while this is connected to the general community its in, the regular patron is welcome to dine there but reservations are recommended since other things do happen there and fill the place up. If you're in Myrtle Beach I'd say check them out.

For $14 for three small empanadas, the value alone was very poor, but the real problem was that they were WAY overcooked. The dough was basically burned and un-edible, plus they barely had any filling. We complained to the staff and were told that they "just wanted to make sure that the middle was warm". We expected them to either give us another plate of non-burned ones, take them off the bill, or at least give us some money back, but NOTHING. Don't know who they have cooking in the back, but they obviously don't know how to cook empanadas. It's a shame, with such a nice location! We will definitely NOT be back. Based on this we weren't surprised that the restaurant was basically empty on a Saturday. Only 1 table had people on it!
