Would've lost thousands in deductions due to this pathetic handling of a new client. Issue #2: Didn't complete any of the work in a timely fashion--it took more than 3 weeks for completion of the taxes, barely before the deadline. Issue #3: He lost the return documents in the mail. I bought a 17 inch electric Blackstone portable grill from Blackstone Retail Store. I bought it as…read morea gift for someone who camps a lot thinking the solar could power it. It turns out I was wrong and needed to exchange it for the same grill but gas. The box was never opened. Blackstone Retail Store in Logan, Utah refused to exchange my order. They would not even send me a free return slip. The grill was $199. I had to pay $118 to ship it back to them from Charleston, SC. I also have to pay a restocking fee of 10%! Not a way to do business and retain loyal customers! Do not buy from this store and do not buy Blackstone products. I work in a hospital and am a member of several national groups. I am telling everyone that this company sucks and does not deserve our business.

It's an absolute waste of time to even register your product because there is no support in the event that something happens to it. I have been trying to contact somebody for over a month... They have never answered their customer support line and any email response I get back is either automated or from an individual that says they want to help me but as soon as I reply back to that individual they are gone. I have done that via email at least six times and no one is getting to the bottom of my issue. Again I love their products... Recently bought two in the last 30 days but I will never buy another Blackstone product because of the lack of support. I'm sure there are other name brands out there with support that actually exist and people that actually care about their customers.

She listened to what each of us wanted. We all ended up looking amazing, both in person and in the photos. I loved my look, and she even touched me up between the ceremony and reception. The icing on the cake is that Carrie is fun and personable and so easy to communicate with. I have had my hair cut and colored by her as well, and would never go to anyone else as long as she is an option!
