This is the most unprofessional help I've ever had in my life in regards to primary care.. Not only are they rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, they fail to keep scheduled appointments, reschedule you without asking if you're even available for that day, do not even notify you of the cancellation or the new reschedule visit, and daily to prescribe medication That adequately helps with their own diagnosis. They cannot even provide refills in a timely manner and are just all around a huge waste of time and not at all helpful, rude and unprofessional FYI Dealt with it all year. This office is horrible. They use Google voice to text you and boy will they harass you when it comes to your appointment time but they never seem to care when it comes to actual care quality. Out of state prescribers mean that 90% of the time your refills won't work because the DEA# gets locked and then you will run out of medication because no one will be able to reach the office for weeks at a time. Overall this is nothing short of the worst doctors office in Massachusetts. Steer clear. read more

First, I had an online appointment, which no one ever called me. I have been calling this office for 3 months, numerous calls, trying to get someone to call me back and no call. Dr Quayum was a very professional man and I respected his work. I was deeply saddened when he passed away from Covid last year. What I didn't expect was his employee LICSW Anne Martin to fall apart and spend MY sessions with her supporting her on her sense of loss and helping her get through her grief. Give me a break! She's was supposed to have been a professional but I lost all respect for her at this time. I was going through a horrific time of deep depression and she wanted to talk about herself! She totally cut me off without any notice and left me feeling alone and suicidal. I'm considering suing her and this phony practice that no longer even has a psychiatrist supporting them since Dr Quayam's death. This office doesn't even deserve a star. The mismanagement with telemedicine and the rudeness of the clinician is appalling. Michelle Caliento was beyond rude and accusatory blaming me of being late to the session when I had called the office to get acquainted with the process and was misinformed. Unprofessional and sneaky. I can't believe how unprofessionally I was treated here. They put me with a student Psychiatrist who told me to go to some "program" at Wing Memorial Hospital. He assured me that they would be better at helping me than he was. He sent me to the emergency room under the guise of a normal program. I was literally trapped in crisis for 9 hours! I had no reason to be in crisis. I was not a danger to myself or others. I made that perfectly clear to the student Psychiatrist and the crisis team. And now I have a hefty bill from Psych Care and from the hospital. These people are awful. I'm never going back to these quacks. You should definitely take your business elsewhere. read more

At first, I liked the practice and thought their quantitative assessment for my ADD was a sign that they were rigorous & had it together. I've been a patient there for 2 years, and will be switching. The on- time/nearly OT rate is less than 30%, and TWICE they booked follow-up appointments for me, only to have me take off work, and find out "it was never booked, didn't you wonder why you didn't receive an automated reminder?"...the final straw was when they stopped refilling prescriptions, because of my "lack of recent appointments"-- would have been the ethical thing to let me know, instead of letting it run out as I kept leaving messages. If you want to be treated with respect and decency DONT GO HERE. I have been a patient of doctor Quyams since 2004. I recently called him because I changed my insurance and moved out of state...I needed one more prescription from him..he told me that there were patients more important than me and that my prior authorization for my medication would take ten days if I could come to the office personally with my new insurance card. Now at this point I have 3 pills left and I'm four hours away in Pennsylvania for work. I can't just drop everything and come home to Massachusetts. So in response to me telling him that he told me he could call it in and I could pay out of pocket (350 dollars)!! He is the most useless doctor I have ever been with...whenever I see him he never knows what is going on with my medication and doesnt help me when i have an issue..I could do his job better than him!!!
