With that being said, if you ever want to skip the hassle of driving back and forth between the Downtown and Ybor districts, this is the way to do it. It's definitely a great mode of public transportation around the aforementioned districts. Complimenting the mode of transportation, the Streetcar system also offers a very fun/entertaining way to get around. It can definitely be fascinating to be able to ride earlier technology that existed prior to modern day mobiles. The streetcars travels probably no more than 30mph at any given time - slowing down and speeding up between to adjust the other local traffic patterns and conditions. So with that being said, if you're looking at travelling the entire length (between Stop 1 and 11), I would safely dedicate 45 minutes for that trip. We never had to wait long at any stop before getting on (plus you have a link above to help you manage the time a bit better). Route-wise, you will be able to see and access the neater areas of Downtown Tampa and the Ybor District. The stops/stations are rather well thought, designed and planned. All stations offers an ADA-accessible ramp. Yes, sometimes the cars get packed, but that's with any public transportation system - definitely something to consider when it comes to understanding the local events happening in town and how that would potentially impact the line. We have ridden the TECO Streetcar Line about a dozen times at this point, and have always enjoyed the relaxing ride! Definitely recommend this experience if you're in town!

It's a busy weekend for them because Clearwater Beach is extra packed because of the sugar sand festival. They work on tips and it's basically a two or three seater in the back of the bike they peddle. They are very fast at peddling as best they can through the crowds. They are also very friendly. We took them and enjoyed our trip back to our car. Glad I finally have their phone number. I'll be sure to use them again in the near future!

I called C & R transportation and gave them the whole run down for this suprise party. Some transportation services require 24-48 hrs notice BUT with C&R you don't. They were more then willing to help me and the price was reasonable. They have excellent customer service & they treated me and my daughter like family. They are the best hands down! Our luggage was waiting for us when we got off the boat and there was no wait. The only delay was waiting for our rideshare to leave the port.

But I wouldn't recommend traveling by train if you are alone, especially if the travel times are not convenient. I traveled from Tampa to Jacksonville on a Sunday evening. The train arrived about 40 minutes late, and because the station is under construction, everyone was lined up at the platform in Florida heat at that time. Not fun. Not enough seating for everyone at the platform. There are no seat reservations for standard seats on this train. If you are traveling in a group, the porters will make sure you are seated together. But if you are traveling alone, you will be at the mercy of chance, and I lost that gamble during the trip. I spent my journey uncomfortable and stressed out. There is a cafe, but I did not go there. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my work computer at my seat unattended, and I didn't want to have to heft my computer bag and purse all the way to the dining car. Thankfully, I had packed a snack, so that sustained me for the 6+ hour journey. There's wifi, but it was not great, and my phone kept switching to using the 5G. The bathroom was pretty foul. I limited my water consumption to avoid using it, but I could smell it from my seat. We started 40 minutes late, but by the time we got to Jacksonville, we were more than an hour behind schedule. That meant I got to Jacksonville after 11pm, which wasn't great as a single female traveler. My employer is headquartered in Jacksonville, and there's no direct flight from Tampa. But based on my experience, I do not think the train is an option. I will have to drive the next time.

This used to be a very quiet small teaching airport that occasionally had a news helicopter and now…read moreit is a much busier airport with lots of commuters with many small planes. It is also a tourist destination as they offer helicopter rides and flight lessons. The news helicopters frequently can be seen taking off and landing. The people learning to fly have a nice long runway and the commuters have an easy airport to travel into as it is so close to the downtown area and ride shares are close by.

Has 4 stalls (2 handicaps/ 2 regulars) and that's 2 on each side with their own doors. Not a clue on the ladies side but given that there were 4 urinating stations? My guess it has 6ish stalls. There's no paper towels just those machine that dry your hands from super wet to wet. Don't even know why even have em. They're is 24/7 security though. The gentleman did his rounds last night fairly. Smoking area is all over the place, just walk up to the planter looking cement structure n ride the nicotine dependency. I really wished they weren't right up front where kids walk right in front of them. Vending machines have a snack broker that will cut off a finger for you just incase $3 ice cream, $2.50 coffee, $175-2.50 candies and $2.75 soda is to much for you. Guys there's literally infinite amounts of gas stations down the road with better deals than this! Like you can buy a Whole large pizza for $7 at a 7/11!! If a guy stops n buys his 4 kids 2- 3 of each? Don't ya worry old chap! I will take your finger....... The snack broker will cough cough! Lol i'm obviously kidding about the snack broker. There is a huge sign stating that if someone offers extra services that they aren't part of the rest stop. So if there's a dude that washes your hands, combs your hair and even fixes your tie? I had nowhere to call home. I had a job n i was content with "Car-ping" until someone told me about that lady killing dudes at rest stops!! Florida for ya! They make em super wild here! Lol my point is that please be careful. Like i said , place is cleaned and theres a security guard. My only beef is the tiny bathroom options n the food of the gods prices on the snacks. I wished that they offered tire pump services even if they charge for it. Also huge HUGE! Heads up! When u are rolling into this stop? Slow the hell down! The entrance is a freaking S n you will definitely crash into the lake if you go in fast! I had my scare last night. Not a fan of driving at night cuz my perception goes out the window. Kept power drifting on the 85 degree turns. Stay on the left the first tine and then the right for cars. Didn't even have time to see the signs, they are tiny!
