The waiting area was packed in like sardines, and since I never received the text notification the office says they send when it's your turn, I couldn't wait in my car like their system suggests. Instead, I had to stay inside a crowded waiting room and keep checking to make sure I didn't miss my name being called. The front desk has no clue what they're doing. I will never go there again .. expect to wait here the whole system was disorganized and wasted a lot of time sitting in an unhealthy crowded small room.

She did my blood draw (literally) in less than a minute. She was so calm and knew exactly how to keep me talking and get my mind completely off what was happening! And I had the test done. But, Elia felt something wasn't right because she said 99% of patients needing the 4K test I got needed a "Serum" blood test. So she called them back a 2nd time and she was correct that I needed the Serum test. I can't thank her enough because I would've got the wrong blood score. And being it's supposed to tell me if I have prostate cancer, it could've given me a false positive or false negative.

My insurance is looking into adjusting and covering their bill since it was in Reference to covid. This is ridiculous billing almost a year later! I was in and out in five minutes with a nasal swab completed by an MA. I didn't see a physician or a midlevel provider at any point. To my surprise, I was billed $1,025 for this simple rapid covid test. When I examined the claim submitted to my insurance, I determined that I was charged twice for a new patient office visit. I'm laughing because not a single clinician examined me at any point nor was any proper new patient paper work or a new patient history collected from me by the MA or clinician. This place is fraudulent with their billing practices. They need to be closed down for unethical practices. It is downright unethical to charge people for services not rendered.
