Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.

They've actually saved my life at…read moreleast once that I know of, and the average wait time - well today, their front desk staff of one brilliant woman had me in a doctor's office in under 5 minutes, during which time she updated my insurance and was just an all around calm presence while handling what has to be an an incredibly stressful job. The doctor and his medical assistant took remarkable care of me, and frankly may have saved my life again. In any case they provided amazing, compassionate care of the sort that's often all too hard to find elsewhere. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to needles and they really took care of me. A nurse gave me oxygen to make sure that I don't feel the needle she was going to give me while another nurse rubbed my legs and talked me through it. They turned the lights off for me so I could rest a bit, offered me a warm blanket, made jokes, and we're all around amazing and very accommodating! I have been to places where nurses walked out on me, security was called in some, the entire staff with the exception of the front desk would come into the room, etc. This place knew just what to do and didn't make me feel stupid about me being a grown man with an awkward phobia! Thank you! The staff in the front/waiting room were not friendly at all though and one of them were actually rude. The staff(doctors, nurses, etc) in the back where all work is done entirely make up for that though!

No faculty is completely latex free. They don't care what someone says about there own body. It's completely unfair. Now I have to continue to suffer ever single day with no answers on the horizon
