What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Kinda like speakers vs headphones ... (HiGHLY RECCOMEND) Drove to Anaheim from HOLLYWOOD just to get this done & i WiLL BE BACK !! As you can tell from the length of my review- im STOKED !! THANKS

Team was nice to accept my appointment request last minute and communication was great…read more However, I reached out initially for an oil spill on my car seat. I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Edit: For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied. This type of clause is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and is void and unenforceable. I decided to go with 30% tint on the driver and passenger side windows so I wouldn't have any trouble seeing at night. For the rear windows, I went with 5% to give it a more private look. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour. I could tell right away they are real experts in this field. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, and more importantly, the results look great. The owner mentioned it comes with a 5-year warranty. I'm definitely planning to come back with my other car for service next time. Mr. Lee gave me some great suggestions and showed me the different tints on his own car -medium on the front sides, dark on the rear sides, and limo on the back window, and I liked the look so I went with the same options. I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield.
