They injected me with a drug and started an IV on me. My heart was beating very fast, so fast that I began to shake. Was shaken uncontrollably. They told me it was normal. After the test was done, a nurse told me to wait in waiting room for my test results. So we waited, and waited, and waited and waited 1:30 hours waited till I went there stopped a tech or somebody and asked about my test results. The reply was "they will call you". Why the heck make us wait for so long just to tell me they'd call me?? Their customer service is in need of serious improvment.
