We contacted Ambiente Direct, which does not have a timely response beyond the automated reply, and via a series repeated follow-ups on our part, it took until October to get a return mailing slip. We returned the product and a year later still have no credit back or replacement. Reasonable customers who are incredibly frustrated with what could be a simple solution.
