I found this place and we decided to drop in and see what they do. They have a ton of lampshades in all shapes and sizes. If they do not have any colours or patters in stock you can choose from hundreds of fabrics, patterns, colours and sizes and they will make it for you. It takes about a week to ten days and you can have it made. It's a small family business and it's the husband and wife team at the shop. They do speak some English and mostly Bavarian ;-)) the lady was very helpful and showed us everything and help us select some colours and patterns from the catalog. It's all made locally in Bavaria and the quality is very good. You can also buy lamps, chandeliers and they have everything from reasonably priced lamps to really expensive chandelier over two floors. A good shop to stop in if you are looking for anything related to lamps including custom made shades and repairs.

Of course my payment was already out of my bank... A few days later I decided after a talk with another person from the customer service that I cancel... It was no problem, I will be refunded... and I was from 810€... why not more ?? because they don't refund vouchers!!! This german based company is a shame with customer service. We contacted Ambiente Direct, which does not have a timely response beyond the automated reply, and via a series repeated follow-ups on our part, it took until October to get a return mailing slip. We returned the product and a year later still have no credit back or replacement. Reasonable customers who are incredibly frustrated with what could be a simple solution.
