I have an HP all-in-one printer that developed a haze on the inside of the scanner's glass. I tried taking it apart myself, but couldn't do it. DO NOT USE! BEWARE!!! This tech service is a scheming company! There is a charge for a service consult and they temporarily fix the problem only so that they may return to recharge you for the same issue they should have fixed the first time they came out. Even when they are unable to fix the problem, you are still charged for service appointment for them to come out to your company. Don't pay until you test your copy machines and printers.
