It is early days but I have been really impressed in the way Prudential operate. As a landlord, they have kept me up to date with all aspects of the advertising, tenant placement and maintenance requests, for my property. I have spoken to many different employees at Prudential and each one has been competent. Nothing seems too much trouble for them to handle. It is refreshing to have this type of management agent, as nearly all property managers I have dealt with in the past, have caused me to spend a great deal of my time chasing them up for updates on issues affecting my properties.
