We would definitely recommend Joyce Reese and the ReMax Estate Properties team in Torrance, CA !!!…read moreBefore choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a few interviews to see who would be the best choice based on the time and effort they would make on selling the property and how they promote their listings. Although this was not our first time selling a home, this was the first time we really felt the agent knew her business. Joyce is very knowledgeable and accessible. She came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and we felt so informed every step of the way. She is super responsive as if we were her only clients and quick to answer every question, big or small, in the selling process. We listed our home on a Tuesday and within a week and a half we had our first showing and two great offers. Friendly, professional and a great listener to the clients needs. Thank you Joyce for helping us sell our home!!!

The property manager on site Guillermina is incredible. From the unit tour to signing our lease,…read moreshe made certain everything was taken care of. She also pointed out some things I didn't even notice lol .. I definitely recommend living here.

If I could rate this apartment 0 I would. Current management (since around 2022) is aggressive,…read moredisrespectful, and will harass you if you bring up any problems with the building or the staff. They will go out of their way to try and set up agreements with you verbally so that you are forced to have prove it if they break their word, which they probably will. Communication with residents is virtually nonexistent. There is construction all the time as early as possible in the morning without any notice given to residents. Pool was recently closed by the City of Torrance due to an electrical issue that was there for months and could've killed somebody, then closed again shortly after due to imbalanced pH. Forget about repairs unless you want to spend all your time making sure they give you receipts for repairs that don't last, or just pay for outside services. Building has had roaches, bedbugs, fleas, and probably other pest issues over the years. Never fumigated or dealt with. This was left to the residents to solve individually. All problems with the building are painted over, given temporary repairs, and left for residents to prove and chase lawsuits in order to get their money's worth out of this place. Mgmt dealt with tenants' catalytic converters being stolen in the middle of the night during 2020 pandemic by leaving a notice on mailboxes to lock their cars. Never contacted police or made any sort of security adjustments. Mailboxes are not secured and have been broken into multiple times. If you decide to live here, get everything they promise you in writing. Send your rent through certified mail, know your legal rights, and be ready for management to try and make your life hell if you complain about anything. They spend more time trying to lie and bother tenants to try and avoid lawsuits than they spend on improvements to the building, which has been falling apart for years. Wouldn't trust this place to stay up during a serious earthquake. Be prepared for rent to go up at least 1x a year, if not 2x in order to pay for management to get special privileges that they don't extend to tenants. If you work from home, don't even bother. You will be constantly interrupted by screaming children, arguments, loud music, traffic, construction, sirens, and whatever your neighbors are doing, since the insulation isn't even adequate enough to warm the building, let alone keep any sound from reaching other units. Avoid if at all possible. This building and its terrible management is not worth your time, sanity or money. If you're forced to move in here, make it quick and get out fast. Avoid all "Victoria" apartments they own in LA unless you want a similar experience from other branches of this company.

I started the timeshare transfer process 1/14/2013. I followed all the requests and information…read moreasked for, filled out forms and faxed back information. 7/30/13, I called for an update and was told they were waiting for my timeshare company to complete their part. Then it would be deeded out of my name and I would receive a letter of completion. 10/2/13 I called for another update and was told it was in the last stage which takes the longest. In my worksheet and Terms & Conditions, under "Special Assessments" it is stated that I would be responsible for the next ten months Maintenance fees, paying quarterly. That was dated January 14, 2013 and indicates that August 2013 would be the last maintenance payment I would make, which would actually be the last payment for 2013. 12/10/13 - I received a maintenance invoice, due 1/1/2014 which would be my first payment of maintenance fee for 2014. I called Pacific Transfer and was told to fax the maintenance notice and a work order would be opened, so I faxed in a copy of the maintnenace fee notice. 12/18/13 having heard nothing, I called again to see what the status would be and inquire about the maintenance fee. I was told that I would have to make this payment because I was responsible for all maintenance fees within 12 months of the Agreement, regardless of what the Special Assessment was. (1/14/2014 would end the 12 month agreement for fees). It has been over 11 months, I am still paying fees for my timeshare. I paid $3492.00 for the transfer to take place January 14, 2013. The money just keeps going out for this timeshare. When is enough - enough? I went through this process thinking it would end wasted money and it still has not happened. I guess the next step is to pay out more money for the services of an attorney to see what options I have. I feel Pacific Property Transfer must be another scam. Everytime you call, you talk with someone new and the information is different. One representative says I should not have been told what the other rep said and regardless of what was told, I am responsible. And for further insult, was not nice or understanding about it either. It was just "Too Bad". I will never refer Pacific Property Transfer to someone, and as long as Right Choice Transfer uses Pacific Property Transfer, I will not refer them either. And a report to the Better Business Bureau is going to happen also.

Where shall I begin... It has been almost 2 years, I paid $2800 in Dec 2012, had numerous documents…read morenotarized and sent to their company, jumped through all kinds of hoops, and for what.... Nothing! Mostly they will not answer their phone. And if you can reach someone, after holding for at least a half-hour, they advise you to go to a law firm in San Diego where you can cancel your timeshare ownership for another $500. Hmmmm.... I wonder why all 34 reviews for Pacific Property Transfer (all with 1 star) are in the "not recommended reviews" section of this website. What is going on? Do not use this company. They should be arrested and thrown in jail. Is there no justice left in America? Truly disgusted.
