Every employee, every time, has been kind, considerate & gentle. They accept medicaid as well. However, this is a corporate run business. They over-schedule appointments for this location, & the employees seem to be doing the best they can to handle the work load. They are human, and I'm sure-under appreciated. I recommend an early appointment, first thing in the morning. Otherwise, might have to wait 1+ hour. Overall, absolutely recommend this place & will return.

The lady was really nice, She took her time, as she knew I was in a lot of pain. Then I went into another room and they let my husband come back with me, as I was extremely nervous. I saw the dentist then I saw the hygienist. They went over a treatment plan. After we went over the treatment plan, they sat my husband and I back in the waiting area. This part was the longest wait of the day. Once I got back to see the person in the office I understood why. She answered all of my questions and told me everything that was happening. I about had a heart attack when they told me the price of the implants. Then we decided that I would go the rout of the partials. I then scheduled my first cleaning. They sent my persciptions over to the pharmacy and I had went and picked them up. Came back for my first dental cleaning the Hygienist was wonderful. Took her time and showed me everything that she was doing. The referred me over to another dentist for root canal. They kept raving about them and I loved it there as well. Then today I went back for my bottom cleaning and she did a really good job. She was very specific with everything and showed me what to do. Now I have a plan to get my crown and stuff for both of my root canals. I have also scheduled my cleaning. They really made me feel comfortable. I will continue to go back there.

I was referred here by a friend who has her wisdom teeth removed a couple of years ago…read more My first apointment was an emergency to have 2 compacted wisdom teeth removed. They fit me in same day and I was done within a couple of hours. I opted just to be numbed to the gods (since I didn't have insurance at the time). I felt no pain during the procedure. Dr Whitecare called me hours after my apointment to make sure everything was good to go & that I was feeling okay. Customer service like that is hard to find and going the extra mile for patients is something I appreciate. Today, I went in to have some cavities filled and had another great experience. He made sure all areas of my mouth were once again numb to the gods before he started. I was feeling a bit of the drilling about halfway through and he re applies the numbing stuff to make sure I wouldn't be in pain. Another follow up call a couple hours later was also made. I'm glad I've finally found a dentist I actually enjoy going too!

I was supposed to see the dentist this morning. Mistake #1 I trust directions to Siri. # 2 I trusted Siri and didn't check. Siri took me to a dentist office that had the same name as the one I used in Norfolk. SMILE CENTER. I got there and the NIGHTMARE BEGAN!! I went inside to check in BUT !! It was not the dentist office where I had the appointment!! By now I was pretty upset. I was going to be late for my real appointment AND I had no idea where I was. Mistake # 3 I was upset and not feeling well so I asked to use the restroom. I was told "WE DON'T HAVE ONE" not for you just for OUR PATIENTS!! I'm sure these 2 women are nothing more than $9 an hour workers, just there to answer the phone and take your money, so they have no medical knowledge, but apparently they have no human decency either!! Maybe they thought they would have to clean up after me or maybe they thought I was going to die and they would rather I did it out of sight in the parking lot and not in the office where they might have to get up and help but for whatever reason their reaction was to tell me " GET OUT NOW OR IM CALLING THE POLICE ". I left went across the street to the Walgreens where I used the restroom got a drink of water and left. NOTHING TO CLEAN UP!! I'm relaying this to warn people who might be thinking of using this dentist office. This is the kind of people you will be dealing with. If you're OK with that great if not look somewhere else. It doesn't matter how good the dentist is because he doesn't meet you at the door, they do.

I need dental work. I don't like being treated like my mouth is horrible- I already know. Dr. Levy came in, looked at my teeth in a nonchalant way and told me what needed to be done. His bedside manner is great. I didn't freak out because of the look on his face- I didn't need to! He told me that I do need some work done, but he did it in a way that made me feel normal. He's been in practice for 40+ years, so he knows what he's doing. His building and office are obviously older, but he's probably been there for many years. His staff is pretty nice, but when I've gone in, they're kind of a wreck. They've ultimately been helpful, which I think is the most important thing. They've dealt with my insurance so that I don't have to wade through all that. That's also important to me. They offer gas for $45. My old office charged $150. I'll take the $45, thank you. I have serious dental fear, but I know I can afford the gas, so I don't end up sobbing in the chair. He's also understanding about dental pain. I had to wait a week between seeing him and the specialist he recommended (Dr. Jones), and he made sure I had enough pain medicine to see me through until I saw the oral surgeon.

Both my mother and my sister suggested that I try Dr Sigdel's office to see if I could get an appointment, as they have used Dr Sigdel before and were both satisfied. I gave the office a call and was able to set up a same day appointment that afternoon. Everything from the get-go was straightforward and explained to me. Dr. Sigdel put me at ease after I explained to her my concerns and issues and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and informed as she went along. The procedure was done without a hitch and my issue was resolved. And kudos for the follow up phone call the next day. Dr. Sigdel and her staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. Long story short, 100% satisfied, would highly recommend for your dental needs, and will hopefully return in future for mine.
