I've been attending for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I started with a week trial after my friend recommended I join her one day for a workout and I was able to experience what a healthy gym community was like! I checked out PRSVR Gym via a one week free pass, which that alone I think is very generous. Most gyms don't offer more than a free drop in class, but a week gives you a chance to really get a feel of what to expect each day, programming, instructors, class size, community, class times, etc. They offer a circuit training class at 5:00 a.m. and 6:30 at night during the week and a Saturday morning class. This is a great schedule if you have office hours. I took a mix of morning and evening classes with Guillermo, Exequiel and Sharia. From what I could tell from my week it's generally one instructor but for larger classes two or three so someone is always able to assist with modifications, correcting form, etc. It's a fun, encouraging environment and the hour goes by quickly. Absolutely 100% recommended. The gym itself is a pretty nice space to workout on. The trainers are amazing and professional. For a woman having a lot of health issues and bad experiences at the time to workout this is the place to feel welcome and comfortable. The most important thing is that nobody will judge you for your training level. I love PRSVR so so so much! So, I've tried other gyms in the past (eōs, lvac, planet fitness, CrossFit gyms) but nothing has come close to this gym. At the gyms I listed above, I've honestly always had some sort of social anxiety with how many people are crowding the gym, me not being able to get on a certain machine I've been waiting for because of someone just sitting on their phone, or just feeling shy and uneducated on how to use all the machines/what workouts to do. Even the trainers at big name gyms don't really seem to care too much or they don't have the proper time/ want to train you the best they can. So I was looking for something that would actually help me get serious and grow in my health and fitness journey & my mom referred me here. I absolutely love all of the trainers/coaches, the classes are extremely fun and have seriously helped me gain muscle & endurance & I've gained an amazing gym family as well.
