They never delivered the product and charged my card for the bottle of bourbon, I contacted Drizly about 4 times and also contacted PRP express and was told by PRP express that the price has went up but that's what they are advertising the price to be. If the price went up why did they charge my card ? Why didn't the store call me and let me know that it wasn't going to be delivered? There prices at PRP express are outrageous and should stand by the price that's advertised.

I had a coupon for 10% that I obtained from Tailspin Ale Fest and the coupon was about to expire, I decided to put it to use. It isn't very busy on the inside for a weekday. Of course there is a limit on customers due to Covid-19. I was greeted with a "Hello" not sure if it was an employee or a patron but, I can tell it's a friendly atmosphere. I of course was offered help to find what I needed but I politely declined. I basically just browsed to see what they had. The interior was clean and very well organized. I finally settled on Brooks Hill wine (which I happen to be a fan of). I make my way to the front and I ask the cashier if I can use my coupon, I could tell she has never seen the coupon because she asked why it was marked (which didn't bother me). I explained it was from the amount of pours at Tailspin Ale Fest. Luckily the coupon was honored. I was also asked if I was in the VIP club which I wasn't. Basically all I have to give my name and DOB and I can get rewards for Tobacco (I do not use) and Liquor. I do not know how VIP rewards works here but I intend on finding out.
