Walking in, the office is extremely clean and welcoming. I was impressed right off the bat. I was a nervous wreck going in. My biggest fear was having my neck adjusted. He took X Rays and determined I was significantly misaligned in my neck/head which was causing he headaches. He calmed my nerves and walked me through the whole adjustment. After a few visits, my headaches were gone. I finally had relief. I go now for monthly maintenance visits. I see Teresa usually for a medical massage before my adjustment. I started going here about a month ago, and so far it has been great. I go twice a week, and though I hate going out of my way twice a week.... once I get to the massage part it's worth it. =) If you're just going for an adjustment you'll be in and out in 20 minutes. For those of you who have never been to a chiropractor you lay on a massage table with rollers for ten minutes, and then go back to see either Dr. Matt or Dr. Bob for the adjustment. Both my husband and I see Dr. Matt. He's very pleasant to talk to and just an overall nice person. He even let me borrow a cd to check out. The massage part is my favorite. They can either schedule a half hour or an hour massage. So far I've only done the half hour massages, which in reality are about 20 minutes because it takes 5 minutes before and after for you to get ready. It's always very relaxing. Also everyone that works there, including the receptionist is very nice. They get you in and out, and there is very minimal waiting time (2 minutes tops) if any waiting at all. The only con I can think of is the location. It's on Dixie Highway sharing the same parking lot with a liquor store. There's not much parking in the front, but there's a ton of spaces around the side and back. This doesn't take anything away from their services though so I'm still going to give them a five. I highly recommend this place.

I found that this place was down the street from my gym so I figured I'd try them out after looking at some reviews. The new patient profess is very quick and efficient. They meet with you to discuss a recovery plan and they show you your x-rays to demonstrate deterioration. They take most insurance plans and discuss what you would pay for the treatment. They also give the option to pay over a period of time to split up the costs. Every single member of the staff that I met was very nice and personable. Everyone always seems very happy and it makes for a better experience. I always looked forward to going to my appointments because of this. Another thing I liked was that different chiropractors work on you so your wait is never long. Although my pain only lessened slightly, my overall health was much better. I was happier, slept better, and tension in my body was gone. I intend on continuing my treatment here.

I told the chiropractor (I refuse to call his unprofessionalism dr) about the major surgery and that I was only comfortable getting adjust with the activator not manually. Because of my surgery it was uncomfortable to lay on my stomach and have someone push on my back ultimately putting pressure on my surgery site. He was agreeable the first 2 visits, then on the 3rd visit start manually adjusting me and I immediately told him to stop, and he would not. He kept telling me to "relax it was fine". I start yelling louder to "STOP"! The only reason he did is because the people in the lobby could hear me. He immediately responded "it's been 3 months, in all in your head". His behavior was unethical and unprofessional, shame on him!
