The people caring for my wife were almost universally capable, patient, and caring, from the Head of Nursing on down to the aides. Always willing to answer questions, and do for my wife. The administration, however, hide in their offices and repeatedly refused to acknowledge that I had questions about billing, food choices, etc. Not once did they respond directly to me by text, phone or email, much less in person. The closest they came to responding to a billing question was to instruct the receptionist to basically tell me to shut up and pay my bill. She didn't appreciate being used that way, either. If you're good at dealing with unresponsive administration, the care and dietary staff about make up for them.

Her practice employs more technology & such, for diagnosis & treatment than the chiropractor I had previously seen. There was Xrays for diagnosis, electrical stimulation and she also didn't use as much manipulation. I got results as my problem was less painful. She also takes insurance and parking was not a problem.
