We parked two cars with the valet tonight, and both of our cars were left unlocked in an open air…read morelot in downtown Providence according to our cars' apps. I had specifically reminded/asked the attendant to make sure my door was locked. When the cars were returned, they were both left unattended with the doors wide open on a drizzly night, engine running, no attendant to be seen. Wanted to pass this feedback on to the business, it's essential to lock your customers vehicles and if you need to go get another car, close my door, please. I always leave an an extra tip for the valet, but I couldn't have left one this time, even if I wanted to because the attendant was MIA
