I initially worked with Carla, but a month before the wedding was switched to Lynette without being given her contact information. I never actually met her until the rehearsal, whereas I had met with Carla twice at the venue. Communication errors were frequent, including a major mistake where my pastor officiant was emailed that he was hired as our bartender. Thank God I had a very chill pastor, otherwise, that's quite an ironic mistake. Carla and Lily (an assistant?) blamed a "system error" rather than taking responsibility. On the day of, Lynette and her new assistant (who never introduced herself) were hard to find despite promising to be available and at the bridal or grooms suites at key times. For example, they said they'd return to the bridal suite at 1:00 pm for a gift exchange, but never came back after 11:30 am. They also instructed golf cart drivers to take me past my guests as they're arriving to the ceremony, instead of a discreet route. My concern and request for the back way was dismissed immediately, "it would take longer." Signage and décor were set up incorrectly despite clear instructions. Lynette told us *twice* during the dinner that she had packed 2 boxes of food and cake into our getaway car, but we never received them. Although Precious Times created our timeline, they did NOT enforce it. Without our phones, we had no way of knowing when things were happening, which led to my Groom missing the last song of the reception because the assistant (who we still do not know names) refused to help load his bags -- something they had said they would handle. In addition to all listed above, me as the bride, the Groom, and our families weren't met with warmth throughout the process. Overall, the lack of organization, accountability, and attentiveness made for a disappointing experience on what should have been a seamless day.
