(Closest to me) So.....I left early to deposit a check (night deposit) I arrived at 4 am to allow time for my commute back to work, only to find the night drop LOCKED!!!!! Wells Fargo offers a convenient deposit by phone option that involves merely taking a picture of the front and the back of the check. I've used the feature many times to avoid the necessity of taking checks to the bank both for business and personal use. P.S. I do not have reason to use the drop box at this location, but I believe that our church does so and they are provided with a key to the drop box. The reason for that practice is that some people think it is "fun" to stuff overnight drop boxes with trash as a prank. As I noted above, you can always deposit checks by phone or through the 24 hour teller, if it is not a large number. Regardless, I am certain that someone in the branch would be happy to work with you on the situation. As for this branch and the bank, I am very happy with the personal service that I receive each time that I go into the branch office, which is at least a couple of times a month. I am greeted at the door, tellers are happy and helpful, and the products and services are affordable and appropriate to my needs. Now, if I could just find more money to deposit. :-)
