Many of the exercises are devised from things you have in your home, stairs, chairs, walls, etc. I purchased a chair elliptical machine to help in my progress. I knew I wanted to utilize a company with a good track record in this field. The Cleveland office of Visiting Angels has been in business for over 14 years. I did my own due diligence, personally speaking with several current and former clients. I also took an additional step to contact independent referral sources to see what companies they spoke highly of. They can never give you just one company, but the Cleveland office of Visiting Angels was on everyone's top 5 list of referrals. Every reference that I personally called, whether from Visiting Angels or from social workers and referral sources, had great comments about their experience and/or their reputation.
