Handed me her business card told us she was suppose to show it us. This truly an unprofessional agency. Paula should have called us and made sure we were okay viewing it with other potential buyers and agent. Which of course we were not. It has been over a week since I handed the card back to the other agent and said that this was very unprofessional and I won't deal with people doing business this way and Paula still has not called to apologize. I am so tired of dealing with stupid.

One was an REO from the bank, one from Fanniemae (Homesteps.com), and one from HUD (Homepath.com). I appreciate the availability of Julie and Henry, and their experience. They have since changed brokerages. They are now with Lisa Bond Real Estate, and now have an office in Pahrump on Hwy 160 just north of Winery/ Homestead on the west side of the street. I am now giving them the 5th star because of having an office in Pahrump (but they still do go over the "hump" to serve the greater Las Vegas area including Henderson and Summerlin. Bobbi has made our lives with selling our house less stressful considering that selling a house has so much stress involved which she made it fun and exciting. We received information on what was needed to make the house presentable for buyers to see. We also did our due diligence when we had an interview with her prior to hiring her as our real estate agent. We have had other realtors that did not have the knowledge of selling homes and also didn't have the time to do an interview prior to being hired. Bobbi was very honest, understanding, and caring, and my husband and I would hire again when we decide to buy another house. She is our permanent and forever real estate agent. If you're looking for an honest, understanding, and caring with full knowledge of the real estate business, contact Bobbi S. Banks from Nevada Realty located in Pahrump, Nevada.

The other realtors we talked to told us we'd never find it, and lacked any kind of interest or motivation to look for us. We reached out to Bobbi after seeing one of her billboards and we are so glad we did! She found us EXACTLY what we were looking for!! The process from beginning to end was lengthy, but Bobbi kept clear communication the entire way through. We had millions of questions being first time buyers and she always had time and patience for us. If we ever had an issue she was on it! If she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get right back to us. She was resourceful, reliable and ALWAYS ready to go to bat for us to make sure we were being taken care of and treated respectfully. Hands down 10/10 best realtor ever. We will be using her for our upcoming land purchase as well. Thank you Bobbi!!!
